Lilith will create blood bubbles that will release blood projectiles when it pops, she also uses her tail to create blood puddles that affects a large area and explodes. She will also strike you with her wings and tail, players will need to sidestep these attacks. This attack is clearly telegraphed by the grey streaks below her, players will have to dodge out of this area to avoid the attack. As soon as she emerges, she will create four corrupted pools in each of the cardinal points. She will employ many aerial attacks, one of them is when she creates this whirlwind beneath her then strikes it. Lilith will turn into a corrupted puddle of blood and re-emerge as the Daughter of Hatred, a much more visceral version of herself. Once her health is depleted, the fight is not over. Her attacks will become more vicious once you removed 50% of her health, and she will summon a single but more powerful minion called Dreadful Champion of Chaos When she is down to 25% she will do the same, but this time summoning two Dreadful Champions of Chaos. She will sprout roots that will eventually become demonic minions to do her bidding, players will have to clear the wave of minions while simultaneously dodging her attacks. Players will need to dodge out the way or get to her rear as it is a double attack in front of her. Once 25% of her health has been removed, Lilith will fly out of the screen and return to the center of the battlefield. A clear telegraph is when she stands still to charge up briefly before performing the attack.
Another one of her attacks is when she uses her wings to create spikes on the ground that appears in front of her.
A notable attack of hers if when she tears the ground that will inflict damage if players get caught, players will need to dodge out of the way of the attack or get in the gaps between the tears. She uses both her arms and wings as weapons, as well as tearing down the ground using her demonic powers. Lilith is an imposing figure that will wield all her demonic powers to bring you down.
